The gourmet kitchen has everything including a breakfast bar, Bose Wave Radio/CD player, side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and glass-top stove. The kitchen has all the tools - a breakfast bar for the visiting bartender - and a dining room that seats six. TV's in each bedroom and two off-street parking spaces. All of this and only two an a half blocks to the Atlantic and one block off Duval! Other little things include private telephone line with answering machine, 1 King Bed, 1 Sleeper Sofa, A/C, ceiling fans, washer & dryer, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and lush beach towels.
