Description :  This luxury Key West vacation home is located on Catherine Street in the historic old town area. It is a beautiful 3BR, 2.5 BA home sharing a large 18x40 foot pool with 3 other homes, and secluded in a lush tropical compound.

Amenities :  The main entrance to this home leads from the front porch to the living room / dining and open U-shaped kitchen which makes meal preparation and entertaining relaxed and fun. French doors and multiple sets of sash windows fill the room with light and high ceilings provide a spacious feeling. Casual Florida style furnishings are traditional tropical bent-wood bamboo and wicker that blend nicely with the light hard wood floors. The first floor also offers the convenience of a powder room (sink and commode) and a door beneath the stairwell conveniently hides the washer / dryer. A traditional banister wooden staircase leads from the living room to the second floor where you find one bedroom with two twin beds, a full bathroom, and a sitting room that opens to a covered porch through French doors. The porch has a beautiful down-look view of the swimming pool and garden. The staircase continues from the sitting room to the third floor which provides two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. The floor plan on the third level has the bedrooms on opposite sides with a shared full bath in between. One bedroom offers a queen size bed and the other has a king size bed. All bedrooms have nice views of either the pool or a garden area below. Bedroom furnishings carry the traditional Florida tropical bent bamboo theme established on the first floor. This property is offered as an exclusive vacation rental in Old Town Key West. The property will not tolerate smoking inside. The property is located in a private residential compound and is definitely not suitable for staging loud parties. Only well behaved children are welcome. This property is not "child-proof". We do not accept guests less than 25 years of age unless accompanied by a family group or guardian.

Attraction :  Conveniently located to grocery shopping, art galleries, French Country and Cuban cuisine, and deli restaurant and bakery. Close to the beach (a short walk), and 2 parks. Ride your bike to Duval Street and the Southern most point of the U.S. in less five minutes. Walk to Duval Street in 20 minutes.
